HA-90G Macroporous Decolorization Resin is a high-performance decolorization material specifically designed for the food industry. Synthesized through a specialized polymerization process, it exhibits exceptional pigment adsorption capacity and stability. Its unique surface polarity and pore structure design deliver outstanding performance in sugar liquid, soy sauce, and other food processing applications.
Efficient Decolorization & Selective Adsorption
Through optimized pore structure design, HA-90G resin precisely captures polyphenolic pigments, colloidal impurities, and macromolecular organics in food liquids. It achieves stable decolorization rate ≥98% and transmittance >99.5%. Compared with traditional activated carbon, HA-90G Macroporous Decolorization Resin reduces effective component loss (sugars, amino acids) to <0.3%.
Cost-Effective & Eco-Friendly Regeneration
The resin adopts the alkali acid alternating regeneration process (4% NaOH + 3% HCl) without organic solvents, reducing single regeneration cost by 40%. With mechanical strength >95% and annual breakage rate <5%.
